Internal Vendor Manager – IT Finance

An excellent opportunity for an IT or Leasing sales person to join our client, a leading IT Financier, in a role that offers excellent development and progression prospects.

Ideally you will have already gained 1-2 years experience selling B2B in the Asset Finance industry however this isn’t compulsory provided you have strong inside sales experience gained in the IT sector.

Main Responsibilities:

This is an internal telephone based sales role which involves the proactive marketing of a set of IT resellers to encourage the take up of our client’s finance facilities, deliver opportunities and meet agreed sales targets. 

The role will require site visits to qualified accounts from time to time and as agreed in advance with the line manager.

The IT resellers database will consist of around 2000 named accounts, per region, all of whom will require prospecting and qualifying.  The main focus is on delivering low cost origination by encouraging as many of the named targets to utilise sales aid financing.

As a sales role it would be expected that the individual will be comfortable with and able to close their own leads (once provided with sufficient training) at which point they should expect to receive some support the internal sales support team, in order that they can maximize the sales time generating new leads and opportunities

The role provides for clear development opportunities for those individuals regularly meeting and exceeding performance targets which will be set around high levels of sales activity (phone based), lead generation and bookings.
